When an alarm activates at 3am, someone has to attend. With our key holding and alarm response service, that someone is a trained security officer rather than you or a member of your staff. We store your keys in a secure, coded facility and respond to activations, lock-outs and emergencies around the clock.
On arrival, officers carry out a full internal and external check, deal with the cause of the activation, reset the alarm and secure the premises. If there has been a break-in or damage, we liaise with police and emergency contractors and stay on site until it is secure. You receive a written report of every attendance.

How are my keys kept secure?
Keys are tagged with a code rather than an address, stored in a secure facility and only released to officers responding to your site under a logged procedure.
What happens if there has been a break-in?
The officer secures the site, contacts the police and arranges emergency boarding or locksmiths through your approved contractors, staying on site until it is secure.
